I believe CMake should build the GraphicsWindowWin32.cpp rather than GraphicsWindowX11 .cpp under Cygwin and Mingw. I have received fixes for the build of both these platforms from Cgywin and Minw users so I presumed things were working fine. I haven't tested it first hand though. If you get compile errors please just pass them along.
