I just wanted to add this... When you do a technical review, please do not assume I know what I'm talking about. In fact, it's best if you simply assume that I'm stupid and you're out to prove me wrong. All comments, even concerning the tiniest details, are welcome and encouraged. What I'm after here is "scrutiny".
