Hi All,

I have had several attempts at tracking down and fixing the state bug
associated with nesting RenderBins, but finally I've now tracked it
down and solved it by implementing a new mechanism for inserting and
removing StateSet's into the osg::State's StateSet stack. These
changes are now checked into SVN.

I've been testing against a couple of user supplied models that
reproduced the problem and these all work fine now, as do my own test
models.  Could developers that had come across this problem please do
svn update and let me know if things are fixed at your end as well.
