Hmm. I'm not a lawyer but as I understood if anyone makes some
modifications to LGPL library code he must publish them. And after
publishing they may (or may not) be used by original authors of code.
So if somebody make forked version I still can use his work (as he
used my). And yes, it is another story if the library will be
relicensed as GPL.
