I don't think OpenThreads should really build as OpenThreadsWin32*.lib, is
this how the external OpenThreads was building?

Other than that, the build of OpenThreads gotten from the SVN
externals seems ok (the lib and dll files are there) so I guess if you
fix that everything should be peachy.
