Hi Brad,

The initial window size is governed by the
osg::GraphicsContext::Traits you set up.  See the osgcamera or
osgwindow examples.

Is GraphicsWindow::setWindowRectangle(...) that does the window
resize, it it this that you are after?

Or is it that you want to control the different sizes that
WindowSizeHandler can toggle between?
