I guess this should be reported as bugs. Who maintains osgEphemeris? Do
bug fixes get submitted through osg-submissions?

It was a project that Don Burns/Andes Engineerring was commissioned to
develop.  I'm don't know the intended support path though.

If the project is effectively orphaned then it might be worth looking
for another developer to lead/maintain it.
