Hi everybody,

I just wanted to post the solution to my problem in case other newbies
find themselves in a similar quandary; thanks to an osguser that emailed
me prior and helped me to resolve this simple (yet mind wrenching at the
time) problem.

Basically I had never set the PATH variable so that Visual Studio 8.0
would know where to look for dll's.

This was easily done via My Computer (right click go to properties select
advanced tab and then environment variables) after searching for all of
the dll's on osg 1.97.

Maybe the writers of osg just assumed that we'd know to do this, or maybe
you told us to do this somewhere and I overlooked it. Nonetheless, I just
thought I'd bring up this point also for future newbies, that maybe
somewhere this should be listed.

Now that I can compile and run osg, let the games begin !
