No problem. I'll submit a good fix for later inclusion.

Addeding aa option to disable/enable the MFC example build will
probably be the line of least resistance right now.

Actually, the CMake developers replied to my bug report with a good way to detect an actual MFC installation (instead of checking the compiler and then assuming if MFC is installed or not), so that will be more reliable than the way I did it before. It will also remove the need for another config option in the build system.

It's up to you of course.

I'll submit what I have tomorrow morning.
