Which version of CMake are you using?  What platform?

You should not need to modify the CMakeLists.txt, rather just set up
the variables appropriately witihin CMakeSetup should be all that is
required.

As a general note, unfortunately CMake itself needs to be told a bit
more under Windows than under other platforms as there is no standard
install paths for library and headers.
