I can contribute something about COLLADA build on Linux if it is not
there already.
I would have thought that on Linux it was just a case of downloading
the COLLADA tarball, ./configure;make;make install and then rerun
ccmake to get it to pick up the COLLADA includes and libs. If it isn't
then it would be nice to have specifics.
Though that should go possibly on a "PlatformSpecifics/LinuxPlugins"
page since the one I created was
"PlatformSpecifics/VisualStudioPlugins".
