Hamish: did you add the gpsbabel package to OSGeo4W through ticket:59 ?
That ticket says that you did.
If so I would like to upgrade that package. (maybe I wasn't clear on
this....I just want to upgrade the package, so I want to make sure that I
talk to the person who added this gpsbabel package through ticket:59 )
