Pairnic's DNS servers were down for an hour or so. osgeo.org's (and a number
of others) DNS is hosted there on a short query time. Pairnic's servers went
down in the window beyond the query time of the DNS and this left no server to
answer the query or cached value to fetch for the DNS entry of osgeo.org
