Actually that should all that is needed. Everything else should
already be in place. IIRC, not sure how many months it's been that
way ;)
As I recall the only significant yet easy to fix issue in the core stuff
is that the batch files for gdal-python were omitted from the package
(or postinstall didn't call make-py-bats.bat):
