While poking around I note that the script for regenerating the
testing repo ini is gone
(upload.osgeo.org/cgi-bin/osgeo4w-regen-testing.sh). Is that something
you can fix?

The package ought to have a package version. I added -1 and updated
the setup.ini. Should work now.
