#247: libspatialindex-devel header file location wrong?

I think the header files in libspatialindex-devel are mislocated.
Currently the files are located at
include/spatialindex/spatialindex/...
I wonder if this would be better at
include/spatialindex
This creates an issue with the current QGIS CMake files (which obviously
could be changed instead, but it seems sensible to have the spatialindex
header files on an equivalent level to the other header files). Possibly
the reason for having the extra level is to provide a location for the
Makefile.am file?
