#287: Georeferencing problem with ECW + XML (from ArcGis)

As reported on GDAL ticket 4635 (http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/4635),
there is a bug in QGis packaging about ECW plugin.
If ECW are with auxiliary files (XML created by arcgis), geotransform is
invalidated.
All is explicated in the GDAL ticket, and as I do not speak english very
weel, it is better to go there to understand the problem, and its
explication by M. Roualut.
