I see the sqlite code.
The two options:
_LARGEFILE_SOURCE and _LARGE_FILE is normally enabled.
To disable them is necessary set the
variable SQLITE_DISABLE_LFS.
So they can be omitted.
The _FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 is controlled by the SQLITE_DISABLE_LFS.
So it can be omitted in the settings.
