#345: Installing qgis-dev, OSGeo4W setup report error: mount, Zugriff verweigert

Installation process from OSGeo4W setup.exe starts normaly with
wohnloading the necessary files.
After download, the installation routine will start and ends aprupt with a
popup window called "mount" and the error output: Acces denied.
