IIRC it wasn't daily - just occasionally updated. For the 64bit build I
used
http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/testing64/release/gdal/gdal-1.10.0-1-src.tar.bz2.
I suppose that's close to what necessary for gdal-dev.
