Thanks Jef and Minoru-san, I already did same.
But It's also strange for me.
My mingw version is as below,
mingw-runtime 4.0-1
mingw-w32api 4.0-1
Maybe same as Minoru-san.
Previous my question means "When & Why those header file have conflicted
typedef?".
"mingw" is other product and use to compile GRASS-GIS etc.
I think modify ntapi.h is good for temporaly, but need to fix a compile kit for
a future.

typedef void *PVOID,*LPVOID;
in /usr/i686-pc-mingw32/sys-root/mingw/include/winnt.h
