#431: points2grid depends on Visual Studio 2013 redistributables

When attempting to use points2grid from an OSGeo4W Shell, I see a System
Error dialog:
> The program can't start because MSVCP120.dll is missing from your
computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
This was installed from the 64-bit version of OSGeo4W on Windows 7.
Does OSGeo4W install other MSVC redistributables as dependencies? If so,
then it should also install this one. Installing it fixes the problem.
