I just downloaded an updated installer (osgeo4w-setup-x86.exe) and the
requestedExecutionLevel has reverted to "requireAdministrator".
Can you please change the manifest so the Please change the manifest so

i.e <requestedExecutionLevel level="asInvoker" uiAccess="false"/>
