#442: hexer crashes because MSVCP120.dll is missing from computer

When trying to run "curse" utility from the hexer package, it crashes with
the following error:
"The program can't start because MSVCP120.dll is missing from your
computer. Try re-installing the program to fix this problem."

This is on Windows 8.1 with the 64 bit installer.
