I'd prefer if the callable batchfiles ({{{r.bat}}}?) would live in
{{{bin}}} to avoid the extra ini batch file. Would that be a problem?
Also the package naming is package-upstreamversion-packageversion.tar.bz2
(eg. {{{r-batchfiles-r149-2.tar.bz2}}}).
Otherwise it looks ok AFAICT - feel free to upload.
