Update:
After looking through some OGDI info, it appears that this was an OGDI bug
with loading libraries on 64 bit machines. It is now fixed:
https://sourceforge.net/p/ogdi/bugs/72/
However, the current OSGeo4W 64 bit package does not utilize the latest
build.
Can someone update the downloadable OSGeo 64 bit package to use the 3.2.0
OGDI build (instead of 3.2.0beta1?
