Using the 64-bit installer in advanced mode to install only GDAL (2.2.0),
the OSGEO4W Shell throws an error on missing jpeg12.DLL.
libjpeg and openjpeg are installed as dependency of GDAL, so I suggest to
do the same with libjpeg12.
