[https://trac.osgeo.org/grass/ticket/3719 there] is an ongoing effort to
get winGRASS, which is based upon the OSGeo4W environment, to get ready
for python 3.
please install [https://pypi.org/project/Pillow/ Pillow] and
[https://pypi.org/project/PyOpenGL/ PyOpenGL] for python 3 in OSGeo4W.
all other packages are [https://trac.osgeo.org/grass/ticket/3719#comment:2
already there] in the OSGeo4W python 3 tree; thanks.
