I haven't installed GRASS (not on purpose at least and I haven't done
anything to remove it if it was installed automatically).
{{{ grass76 --config version}}} only produces {{{'grass76' is not
recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch
file.}}} when I run it in the OSGeo shell.
If I run the {{{setup}}} and search for {{{grass}}} then none of the found
items are installed.
