#607: The search button does not return all relevant results

Hi,
I'm trying to install packages from osgeo4w, advanced install setup
In the widget where you select the packages to install, i made a search
with the word "symbols". Find nothing despite there are packages that have
this word in their description, eg qgis-dev-pdb. It could be nice to
include that field (package?) in the places the search box should look at.
Sorry. First time to report an issue here so I'm not sure I got all the
requirements for a proper report.
