Current version of zstd in OSGeo4W (1.3.2) has some issues related to
GRASS (https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/grass-dev/2020-May/094354.html;
https://trac.osgeo.org/grass/ticket/3815#comment:7). The problem should be
solved by updating zstd.
