#636: The output of qgis_process is not displayed in the OSGeo4W Shell

Using the command line OSGeo4W Shell on Windows 10, the output of
qgis_process commands (e.g. qgis_process list) is not displayed, while on
GNU/Linux (at least on Ubuntu 20.04) it is correctly displayed in the
command line terminal window.
