change rbatch-149-4 to rbatch-149-5 breaks winGRASS functionality.
as mentioned already elsewhere in another thread, this package doesn't add
RStudio to %PATH%. so this package can't crahs QGIS due to some QT dll
mismatch as R doesn't ship QT.
