I don't think so Jurgen,
This is happening in both machines, gdal302.dll issue only happens in the
machine where I don't have admin rights to remove curl from System32.
So, I can't say for sure it isn't some kind of conflict, but for instance
GRASS 7.8.5 from QGIS 3.16.3 standalone works fine.
