Thanks! Anyway it seems that python3-exifread is not yet fixed:
python3-exifread-2.3.2-2 still ships EXIF.py (in apps\Python39\Scripts)
that contains
#!D:\src\osgeo4w\src\PYE7DB~1\osgeo4w\osgeo4w\bin\python3.exe
python3-xlrd results fixed instead.
