#678: Bug in libjpeg used by gdalinfo in testing OSGeo4W Shell

This is for the installer

While importing some geotagged images into QGIS I found one that failed.
When I go to the OSGeo4W Shell and type "gdalinfo dam.jpg" I get the error
message.
ERROR 1: libjpeg: Bogus marker length
gdalinfo failed - unable to open 'dam.jpg'.
Other JPEG images work fine.
If I use the regular OSGeo4W installer I get the normal gdalinfo reporting
when I run "gdalinfo dam.jpg".
