Reproducable with
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/files/7409163/Boyton.Place.Mng.Co.areas.pdf .
Apparently not a poppler issue as `pdftoppm -png
Boyton.Place.Mng.Co.areas.pdf >Boyton.Place.Mng.Co.areas.png` (from
poppler-utils) works fine.
