GDAL 3.4.3 has been released.
GDAL 3.4.3 contains the patch [https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/pull/5571
OSGeo/gdal#5571], so when the gdal package will be updated to 3.4.3 then
it shouldn't needed anymore to apply the patch
