#820: Update Geopandas python package and its dependents

I am getting a warning regarding a dependency conflict between Fiona and
click.
{{{Fiona 1.9.5 requires click~=8.0, but you have click 7.1.2 which is
incompatible.}}}
Is it possible to update Geopandas and it's dependents including Fiona,
click and shapely to resolve this conflict?
