#840: License agreement's windows are empty

Installing latest qgis-full or qgis-ltr-full packages, the license
agreement's windows for ECW, OCI, SZIP are displayed but without any text.
The MrSID license agreement's window is not displayed at all.
The issue also occur installing gdal-filegdb.
Maybe it occurs also for other packages.
