Fixed in saga 9.10.2-1 (built against GDAL 3.12) for qgis and qgis-ltr.
Anyway the latest available stand-alone .msi installers for QGIS 3.44.5
and QGIS LTR 3.40.13 still ship the affected version.
The issue still occurs using qgis-dev or qgis-qt6-dev, since qgis-dev is
built against GDAL 3.13 while io_gdal.dll is linked to gdal312.dll but it
probably tries to use GDAL plugin built against GDAL 3.13.
