untwine.exe and pdal_wrench.exe crash running qgis-ltr 3.40.15-1 and qgis
3.44.7-1 on Windows 10 Home 1903 18362.778. See
https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/ticket/901 for more details.
The crash didn't occur running qgis-ltr 3.40.14-1 and qgis 3.44.6-1 on the
same system.
