Python2 changes from 12.0:
missing on o13 beta1: elasticsearch, flake8, future, nose, pip, PDAL
new on o13: OpenID, OpenSSL, psutil, tqdm
re PDAL, most of the packaging for Debian shows v1.8x, but the
python-pdal package is v1.6 ?
Python3 for Jupyter being built now.. call for participation.
