To reduce the installed size this can be done if not already:

rm -rf /opt/rasdaman/lib/*
rm -rf /opt/rasdaman/include/*
rm -rf /opt/rasdaman/share/rasdaman/doc-*
rm -rf /opt/rasdaman/share/rasdaman/war
rm -rf /opt/rasdaman/share/rasdaman/raswct

With this `/opt/rasdaman` is 44MB (from original ~430MB).
Otherwise, it seems to have a problem with setting up postgresql. Maybe
it's caused by interaction with other software on the Live DVD which also
uses postgresql? Because we have automated package install tests for every
release for Ubuntu 18.04 and they pass fine.
Are [https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Live_GIS_Build these instructions] up-to-
date or should I follow something else to build the ISO myself?
