#2201: SAGA Processing Provider in QGIS not available

As already reported on the mailing list, in OSGeoLive 13.0 the SAGA Tools
in QGIS are not available. This is probably due to version mismatch.
Installed is SAGA 7.3 but in the file
/usr/share/qgis/python/plugins/processing/algs/saga/SagaAlgorithmProvider.py
as required SAGA-Version is written 2.3.
Workaround: Change the above mentioned file to
{{{
REQUIRED_VERSION = '7.3.'
}}}
