I've reviewed and approved the first pull request, looks good, with the
following additional suggestions be made:
There is one statement which I think should be addressed (in another pull
request):
> Explore the included files on this DVD: file:///usr/local/share/mapnik/
Should be changed to:
> Explore the included files on the latest OSGeoLive distribution, in the
directory: file:///usr/local/share/mapnik/
