[OSGeoLive] UCDavis mirror no longer available

I know some of you got used to a mirror, especially of the builds being 
available from UC Davis. After many years the machine was recently 
retired. I'd suggest looking to use OSGeo servers as a mirror now, the 
Download server capacity is significantly expanded in the last couple of 
years.
