Two items in the GRASS quickstart seem to be wrong:
* In the section "Adjust raster map colors" there is reference to
elevation in the user1 mapset, but it does not appear there.
* In the section "Create shaded relief map" the instructions state that
layer manager switches to console. But that does not happen now.
