#2437: Installation process in the beta 1 .iso in order to be correctly

Dear OSGeoLive team,
as the vmdk containing the ETF Testing Framework hasn't been released yet,
we have tried to install it in the iso file containing beta 1.
The process was successful and the ETF software was installed.
The procedure we have followed to install it has been:
- Clone the OSGeoLive repository (https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive)
- Execute sudo sh install_etf.sh in the location of that
file(/OSGeoLive/bin/)
Once this procedure is done the installation seems to work perfectly.
As it has worked for us, there should be no problem in the installation of
ETF when the vmdk is created. However, if there is any issue with this,
please, let us know.
