Since OSGeoLive 16.0 beta1 was tested during FOSS4G 2023 workshops and
no major issues were reported, it is time for a new release.
The first release candidate of OSGeoLive 16.0 is available.
Please download [1], test and report any issues found [2]. Change log
available at [3].
